Departing from Yokohama, get ready for an incredible journey along the coastline of Japan, taking you from prefecture to prefecture for its amazing sights and sounds. The highlight of your journey will be the Kumano Fireworks Festival, held every 17 August. After a day checking out the sights around Shichiri Mihama Beach, take in this fantastic fireworks show, a 300-year festival presented as part of the local Obon festivities. You will then continue on south of Japan before a stopover in Busan, South Korea will give you a glimpse of what Japan’s neighbour has to offer.

Explore the Edo Period castle’s ruins, stone walls, and reconstructed East Gate and guard tower. Admire the bronze statue of Ieyasu and an orange tree believed to be planted by him. Visit Miho-no-Matsubara, a scenic pine grove with views of Mount Fuji.
