- Selling price are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia at USD1=MYR4.77 (as of 16 Jan 2024) and subject to change based on prevailing BSR at time of payment.
- Prices are dynamic and subject to change without prior notice.
- A deposit of 15% of the price is required upon booking and confirmation is subject to availability.
- Balance payment is 60 working days prior to departure. The full price is payable on booking made less than 60 working days prior to departure.
- All guests are to read the Privacy Policy, which apply to bookings made from countries outside the European Economic Area and the UK.
- All unused services included in the package are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Charge
- Written Notice (cancelling a confirmed booking) received before scheduled – Exclude admin fee of RM250 per person
- 60 days or more – 15% of total trip cost
- 59-21 days – 30% of total trip cost
- 20-3 days – 70% of total trip cost
- 2 days or less prior to departure or NO SHOW – 100% of total trip cost
*Cancellation charges exclude amendment charges which are not refundable
