- Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport, you will meet our local representative and transfer for a half-day sightseeing tour. Start by visiting Ba Dinh Square with an external view of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and his former residence (closed on Mondays, Fridays, all afternoons, and during October-November). Next, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique structure built in the middle of a square lake, followed by a trip to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, and a temple dedicated to Confucius.
- After lunch, check in to your Hanoi hotel. Enjoy free time at leisure or explore Hanoi on your own, visiting attractions like the Hanoi Old Quarter, Dong Xuan Market, Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake with its peaceful green waters, The Huc Bridge, Thap But (Pen Tower), and Ngoc Son Temple. You will also have time for a shopping tour in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant.
- In the evening, attend a performance of Vietnam’s traditional art of Water Puppetry at the theatre. Overnight in Hanoi.
Note: For Muslim groups, the city tour will include a stop at Al-Noor Masjid Mosque (12 Hang Luoc Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) for a visit and prayer, instead of the Pagoda tour.
- In the morning, transfer to Halong Bay (165 km east of Hanoi), a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its breathtaking natural beauty. Often referred to as the “Dragon Descending to the Sea” in Vietnamese, Halong Bay boasts over 1,000 limestone islets rising dramatically from the emerald waters, many of which contain stunning grottoes.
- At noon, board a charming boutique junk boat for a scenic cruise. Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch as you sail past caves, islands, and a floating fishing village. Relax and soak in the stunning surroundings.
- As evening falls, unwind with a movie night, board games, or squid fishing, or simply relax. Dinner and an overnight stay on the boat complete your perfect day.
Morning: Start the day with a delightful serving of cakes, fruits, tea, and coffee while continuing your scenic cruise through Halong Bay.
At 09:30am, check out of your cabin and enjoy a relaxing brunch onboard, concluding between 10:30am – 11:00am. As each boat follows a unique itinerary, detailed cruise information will be provided upon confirmation.
Afternoon: Arrive at Halong Pier at 11:00am and transfer back to Hanoi, reaching the city around 16:00pm. Check in to your hotel and enjoy free time exploring Hanoi Old Quarter and the Weekend Night Market (available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
Evening: Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Hanoi.
- After breakfast, enjoy free time at your leisure until the scheduled transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
