    • Deposit Made – 180days – USD 400
    • 179-150 days – 15% of total fare
    • 149-120 days – 50% of total fare
    • 119-75 days – 85% of total fare
    • 74-0 days – 100% of total fare
  • For itineraries involving pre & post cruise land packages, cancellation charges may vary and please consult your travel advisor for more information.
  • ROCKY MOUNTAINEER® LAND PROGRAMME Guests travelling aboard Rocky Mountaineer® are limited to two (2) checked pieces of luggage per person.
  • Luggage will not travel with guests and will be delivered separately to the hotel each night, therefore a handbag-sized bag per person is recommended for you to keep on your person under your seat, with any necessary medication and essentials that you require throughout the day.
  • Guests arriving independently or those that have booked extra nights direct with the hotel will need to make their own way to the hotel.
