Domestic Shipping Policy

ORDER Processing Time

All online orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped during weekends or Public Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you personally via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damages

If your package was damaged during the delivery, please contact us with your order number and purchase details. Please send us a picture of the packaging materials and damaged goods to file your claim.

We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.

Bulk & custom order Policy

ORDER processing & DELIVERY time

A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 units is required if you would like to have your company logo printed on your message card. All bulk and custom orders are processed within 10-15 business days. The standard shipping times and delivery rates in the section above will be applicable after the order has been processed by our team.
