- If a passenger is refused entry or boarding due to his own reasons before traveling, his/ her travel expenses will not be refunded. If additional expenses are required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., they must be borne by the passengers themselves, and the company has nothing to do with this.
- Personnel participating in cruise travel must abide by the laws of each country, the regulations of the shipping company and the instructions of the captain, and hold valid passports, visas and related travel documents during the trip. Holiday Tours Travel is not responsible for people who are denied entry or boarding to a country for personal reasons or problems with their visa, passport or documents.

- 119 to 91 days before sailing: 25% of total fare per guest.
- 90 to 61 days before sailing: 50% of total fare per guest.
- 60 to 31 days before sailing: 75% of total fare per guest.
- 30 to 0 days before sailing: 100% of total fare per guest.
