PAYMENT TERMS
- Deposit payment of 15% of the total fare is required upon confirmation.
- Balance payment required paid 90 days before the departure dates.
- 1 to 5 nights of stay: Balance payment of RM700.
- 6 to 9 nights of stay: Balance payment of RM1500.
- 10 nights of stay and above: Balance payment of RM2500.
- All suites & above: Balance payment of 15%.

- The deposit amount for the fares shown in this quotation is non-refundable; a change of fee may apply for any amendment.
- Balance payments are subject to change caused by fluctuations in the exchange rate.
- Name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
- Celebrity Cruises may make necessary changes to the boarding, arrival/departure times and ports of call in the itinerary without prior notice due to force majeure or for the safety of passengers.
- If a passenger is refused entry or boarding due to his own reasons before traveling, his/ her travel expenses will not be refunded. If additional expenses are required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., they must be borne by the passengers themselves, and the company has nothing to do with this.
- Personnel participating in cruise travel must abide by the laws of each country, the regulations of the shipping company and the instructions of the captain, and hold valid passports, visas and related travel documents during the trip. Holiday Tours Travel is not responsible for people who are denied entry or boarding to a country for personal reasons or problems with their visa, passport or documents.

- 89 to 45 days prior to sailing: 50% per guest
- 44 to 15 days prior to sailing: 75% per guest
- 14 to 0 days prior to sailing: 100% per guest
