- Child policy:
- Maximum capacity in all rooms is two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under) with each child surcharge applies accordingly. Maximum one daybed per room, with second child sharing daybed or king bed with parents.
- Infants (aged 1 year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
- Room rates are subject to government tourism tax of MYR10 per villa per night. The Tourism Tax will be charged at the hotel and pyament to be made upon check-out. Malaysian citizens (MyKad) and permanent residents (MyPR) are exempted. It is mandatory to produce MyKad or MyPR upon check in for registration and identification of nationality and citizenship purposes.
