TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Group size : Minimum 2 persons
- Tour packages are only applicable for Malaysian passport holders.
- Prices are quoted per person in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) & subject to change without prior notice.
- All package prices are based on English Speaking Guide.
- Guarantee – Bookings will only be Guaranteed once FULL PAYMENT is received.
- A deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation. Full Payment due 3 weeks prior to departure.
- Confirmation will be sent with the indicated cut off date and available payment methods.
- Reconfirmation – You are requested to make full payment as per the invoice by the specified cut off date.
- Payment is non-refundable once booking has been confirmed.
- Beginning from 14 February 2024, international tourists to Bali will need to pay a tourism tax of IDR 150,000 (roughly MYR 46) per person. Applies to all ages and must be settled in IDR. This tax can be paid online via the LOVE BALI website, bank transfer, QR payment, or in person at Denpasar International Airport (DPS).
- The tax can also be paid below using our integrated Sherpa travel tool (under passport & documents).
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability. If selected hotel is unavailable, other similar accommodation will be provided at a different price (if any).
