THINGS TO KNOW
What are the check-in and check-out times at the resorts?
Whether you are staying in one of our sun or ski resorts the check in time on the day of your arrival is from 3pm and check out time on the day of departure is at 10am, unless stipulated otherwise in your confirmation.
What's all included in a Club Med holiday?
The Club Med “All-Inclusive” package includes:
- Accommodations: in the selected room type
- Wifi: in all rooms
- Transfers: if flights are booked as part of the package)
- Activities: sports and access to sports facilities
- Childcare: for children and teenagers from 4 years old. For children under 4 years old, childcare is optional at extra cost.
- Food and drinks including gourmet meals, snacks and drinks (except champagnes, VSOP and XO alcohols, bottles of alcohol, and some premium brands that are at extra cost)
- Other services are “a la carte” / at extra cost (eg, private tennis lessons, golf outside of resort, spa packages…)
- Live entertainment: look forward to live music, evening shows and more
In addition for ski holidays:
- Ski lift passes: applicable from the day after arrival till day of departure (for Asian ski resorts)
- Group lessons: by professional instructors for all level types (sign up in resort)
What sports equipment is available at the resort?
Equipment is provided for the activities that are part of our all-inclusive offerings at our resorts. Note that certain sports equipment are available for rental at additional cost eg, skis, snowboards, golf clubs (for golf outside the resort), etc
I am travelling with reduced mobility. Do I need to travel with a companion or aid?
You can travel alone.
Is the ski pass included?
Yes, ski pass is included in your all-inclusive package price! Collect your ski pass at the reception desk upon arrival.
In our Asia ski resorts, your ski pass is valid from the day after arrival to the day of departure. For example, if you arrive on Tuesday and depart on Saturday, ski pass is included from Wednesday until Saturday.
Does it cost extra to rent ski and snowboard equipment?
Yes, rental of ski or snowboard equipment is at extra cost. We offer equipment tailored for all different skill levels. Approach the Ski Pro Shop in the resorts upon arrival and get fitted with the right equipment.
